- 24/48h service in mainland Spain : All orders placed before 2pm are prepared and delivered to the carrier on the same day. All purchases made after 2pm, on weekends and holidays, will be prepared and delivered to the carrier on the following business day. FREE for orders over €40 . For orders under €40, shipping will cost €2.99.
- Balearic Islands Service 48/72h: All orders will cost €7.90.
- International Service : FREE .
- Europe: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5 to 7 business days.
- Pre-Order Service : The time indicated in the reservations may be altered by agents external to Redondo Brand, although this does not normally occur.
- In-store pickup service: FREE.

Garments purchased at Redondo Brand cannot be used on third-party rental websites or companies.
Redondo Brand will not be responsible for customs costs. These costs will always be borne by the customer.
- Returns
- Free returns service in physical stores. In the case of online purchases with "Pickup in store" the 15 calendar day period will be from the day the order is prepared.

- International return service : You have 15 calendar days to return your order.
- Cost of returns within the EU: €17.
- Cost of returns outside the EU: €49

- Pick up in store . You have 15 calendar days to return your order and receive a refund from the same day we notify you that it is ready in our store.

* For hygiene reasons, changes to the jewelry category will not be accepted.
All products can be returned, provided they are in perfect condition and original packaging, except for jewelry items for hygiene reasons.
The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be carried out as soon as possible once the returned product has been received, and may take up to 10 working days.

In the event that the order does not arrive within the period indicated above, Redondo Brand will not be responsible for the item or for its refund.
If you receive a product in poor condition or with a defect, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order. The seller will not be responsible for any damage that may arise from the use of the product. In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, discount the product or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
In the event of a return to the Redondo Brand warehouse outside the 15 calendar day period, the customer is responsible for the collection and the merchandise sent.
- Exchanges and returns of online purchases with in-store pickup
You will receive an email when your order is available for in-store pickup. Please make sure you have received this email before coming to the store.
Please show your order number and ID upon collection.
Please note that you have 15 calendar days to make any changes or returns from the email notification informing you that it is available. After this period, Redondo Brand reserves the right to make any type of change or return and refund your purchase.
- Exchanges and returns of purchases made in store
Please note that you have 15 calendar days from the day of purchase to make any exchange or return in our physical store. Online exchanges or returns cannot be made for purchases made in a physical store.
*Purchases made in physical stores in the EDITION, BRIDES AND SPECIAL PRICES categories will not be eligible for returns. Only for size exchanges. *For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns will not be accepted for the jewelry category.
- Security tag
