Shipping & Returns
- Service 2:00 p.m. in mainland Spain : All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are prepared and delivered to the carrier the same day. All purchases made after 2:00 p.m., weekends and holidays, will be prepared and delivered to the carrier the next business day. FREE for orders over €199. For orders less than €199, shipping will cost €4.90.
- Balearic Service: For all orders it will cost €7.90 .
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla Service : Delivery in 3 to 5 business days. For all orders it will cost €20.00 . Payment of customs/duties corresponding to each country will be the responsibility of the client.
- International Service : FREE . Payment of customs/fees corresponding to each country will be the responsibility of the client.
- Pre-Order Service : The time indicated in the reservations can be altered by agents external to Redondo Brand, although this does not normally happen.
- Store pickup service: FREE.

Garments purchased at Redondo Brand cannot be used on third-party rental sites and companies.
Redondo Brand will not be responsible for customs costs. This cost will always be borne by the client.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Free exchange and returns service in physical store. In the case of online purchases with "Pickup in store" the period of 15 calendar days will be from the day the order is prepared.
- Peninsula return service : The price is €5.90 which will be deducted from the refund. To make a return, write an email to email@example.com.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and International : The price of the return will be informed before processing it. To request it, write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Picked up at the store . You have 15 calendar days to change or return your order and have it refunded from the same day we notify you that it is ready in our store.
Returns can be made on all products, as long as they come in perfect condition and original packaging, with the exception of jewelry items for hygiene reasons.
The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be carried out as soon as possible once the returned product is received, and may take up to 10 business days.

In the event that the order does not arrive within the period indicated above, Redondo Brand will not be responsible for the garment or for its refund.
If you receive a product in poor condition or with a defect, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, and the seller will not be responsible for any damages that may arise due to their usability. In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the product or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
If a return is made to the Redondo Brand warehouse after the 15 calendar day period, the customer is responsible for the withdrawal and the merchandise sent.
- Exchanges and returns of purchases made in store
You will receive an email when the order is available for store pickup. Make sure you have received this email before going to the store.
Please show your order number and ID upon pickup.
Remember that you have 15 calendar days to make any exchange or return from the email notification informing you that it is now available. After this period, Redondo Brand reserves the right to make any type of exchange or return and refund of your purchase.
- Security tag
