Shipping & Returns

At Redondo Brand, we offer various delivery options:

- Shipping

  • 24-hour service for peninsular Spain: All orders placed before 2:00 PM are prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day. All purchases made after 2:00 PM, on weekends, and holidays will be prepared and handed over to the carrier on the next business day. FREE for orders of €40.00 or more. For orders under €40.00, shipping will cost €4.90.
  • Express Saturday service: All orders placed on Fridays before 2:00 PM will be delivered on Saturday before 1:00 PM. Cost €7.00.
  • Balearic Islands 48/72h Service: For all orders, there will be a cost of €7.90.
  • International Service:
    • Europe: 3 to 5 business days. FREE for orders of €200.00 or more. For orders under €200.00, shipping will cost €4.90.
    • Rest of the world: 5 to 7 business days.
**Customs duties/fees corresponding to each country will be borne by the customer, with the exception of the USA, where costs are included in the price. During sale periods and promotions, shipping times may vary due to the volume of shipments.
    • Pre-Order Service: The time indicated for reservations may be altered by external factors beyond Redondo Brand's control, although this rarely happens.
    • In-store pickup service: FREE.

    Garments purchased from Redondo Brand cannot be used on third-party rental websites or companies.

    Redondo Brand will not be responsible for customs costs. This cost will always be borne by the customer.

    - Returns

    To make an exchange or return, the package must arrive at our facilities within 15 calendar days from the day of product receipt or purchase if made in a physical store.
    • Free return service at our own physical store (excluding El Corte Inglés and WOW). In the case of online purchases with "Store pickup," the 15 calendar-day period will start from the day the order is ready.

    • International return service: You have 15 calendar days to return your order.
      • Cost of returns within the EU: €17.

    • Store pickup. You have 15 calendar days to return your order and have it refunded, starting from the day we notify you that it is ready for pickup at our store.
    * For hygiene reasons, returns of jewelry items will not be accepted.
    * If it is a bikini or swimsuit, it can only be returned with the hygienic sticker.
    * Exchanges or returns of Redondo Brand Eau de Parfum will not be accepted.
    * Items that state in their description section that they do not accept exchanges or returns will not be refundable under any circumstances.

    Exchanges
    • Free exchange service at our physical store for all online purchases. *In the case of online purchases with "Store pickup," the 15 calendar-day period will start from the day the order is ready.

    * For hygiene reasons, exchanges of jewelry items will not be accepted.

    Only two pickup attempts will be made by the courier service. Subsequent pickup attempts due to missing merchandise or an incorrect address will incur an additional cost of €4.90.

    The product must arrive at the physical store or warehouse in perfect condition, with the original packaging and in the same conditions, as well as with the original label, before the aforementioned 15 calendar days have passed.

    The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be processed as quickly as possible once the returned product is received, which may take up to 10 business days.

    If the order does not arrive within the period indicated above, Redondo Brand will not be responsible for the garment or its refund.

    If you receive a product in poor condition or with a defect, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order. The seller will not be responsible for damages that may arise from their usability. In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, with its repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, actions that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

    If a return is made to the Redondo Brand warehouse outside the 15 calendar-day period, the customer is responsible for the removal and the merchandise sent.

    - Exchanges and returns for online purchases with in-store pickup

    You will receive an email when the order is available for in-store pickup. Make sure you have received this email before going to the store.
    Show your order number and ID at pickup.
    Remember that you have 15 calendar days to make any exchange or return from the email notification informing you that it is ready. After this period, Redondo Brand reserves the right to make any type of exchange, return, or refund of your purchase.

    - Exchanges and returns for purchases made in-store

    Remember that you have 15 calendar days from the day of purchase to make any exchange or return at our physical store. Online exchanges or returns cannot be made for purchases made in a physical store.

    *Purchases made in physical stores from the EDITION, BRIDAL, and SPECIAL PRICES categories are not eligible for returns, only for size exchanges. *For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of jewelry items will not be accepted.

    *VOUCHERS generated by Redondo Brand will be valid for 1 year, unless otherwise specified.
