Shipping & Returns

At Redondo Brand we offer different delivery options:

- Shipping

  • 24-hour service in mainland Spain : All orders placed before 2:00 PM are prepared and delivered to the carrier the same day. All orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends and holidays, will be prepared and delivered to the carrier the following business day. FREE for orders of €40.00 or more. For orders under €40.00 , shipping will cost €4.90.
  • Express Saturday service: All orders placed on Fridays before 2:00 p.m. will be delivered on Saturdays before 1:00 p.m. Cost: €7.00.
  • Balearic Islands 48/72h Service: For all orders, the cost will be €7.90.
  • International Service :
    • Europe: 3 to 5 business days. FREE for orders of €200.00 or more. For orders under €200.00, shipping will cost €4.90 .
    • Rest of the world: 5 to 7 business days.
**Customs fees/taxes applicable to each country will be the customer's responsibility. During sales and promotions, shipping times may vary due to shipping volume.
    • Pre-Order Service : The time indicated in the reservations may be altered by agents external to Redondo Brand, although this does not normally occur.
    • In-store pickup service: FREE.

    Garments purchased from Redondo Brand may not be used on third-party rental websites or companies.

    Redondo Brand will not be responsible for customs fees. These fees will always be borne by the customer.

    - Returns

    To make an exchange or return, the package must arrive at our facilities within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product or purchase if made in a physical store.
    • Free returns service to our own physical stores (except El Corte Inglés and WOW). For online purchases with "Pickup in Store," the return period will be 15 calendar days from the day the order is prepared.
    • Return service within the Iberian Peninsula : The cost is €5.90 , which will be deducted at the time of refund. To make a return, please follow this link: https://returns.redondobrand.com
    • Return service for the Balearic Islands : The cost is €7.90 , which will be deducted at the time of the refund. To make a return, please follow this link: https://returns.redondobrand.com
    • International Return Service : You have 15 calendar days to return your order.
      • Cost of returns within the EU: €17 .
      • Cost of returns outside the EU: €49

    • In-store pickup . You have 15 calendar days to return your order and receive a refund from the day we notify you it's ready in our store.
    * For hygiene reasons, returns of costume jewelry will not be accepted.
    *Exchanges and returns of the Eau de Parfum Redondo Brand perfume are not accepted.
    * Items that indicate in the description section that they cannot be exchanged or returned will not be refundable under any circumstances.

    Changes
    • Free in-store exchange service for all online purchases . * For online purchases with "Pickup in Store," the 15-calendar-day return period begins on the day the order is prepared.

    * For hygiene reasons, exchanges for costume jewelry will not be accepted.

    Only two collection attempts will be made by the courier. Subsequent collection attempts will incur an additional charge of €4.90 due to missing items or incorrect addresses.

    The product must arrive at the physical store or warehouse within the aforementioned 15 calendar days, in perfect condition, with the same packaging and in the same condition, as well as with the original label.

    The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the returned product, and may take up to 10 business days.

    If the order does not arrive within the above-mentioned timeframe, Redondo Brand will not be responsible for the garment or for a refund.

    If you receive a product in poor condition or with a defect, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving the order. The seller will not be responsible for any damages that may arise from unusability. In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, discount of the product, or termination of the contract. These actions will be free of charge to the consumer and user.

    If a return is made to the Redondo Brand warehouse outside of the 15-calendar-day period, the customer is responsible for the return and return of the merchandise sent.

    - Exchanges and returns of online purchases with in-store pickup

    You will receive an email when your order is available for in-store pickup. Make sure you receive this email before visiting the store.
    Please show your order number and ID upon pickup.
    Remember that you have 15 calendar days to make any exchange or return from the email notification informing you that the item is now available. After this period, Redondo Brand reserves the right to make any exchange or return, and refund your purchase.

    - Exchanges and returns of purchases made in store

    Remember that you have 15 calendar days from the day of purchase to make any exchanges or returns in our physical store. Online exchanges or returns for purchases made in a physical store cannot be made.

    *Purchases made in-store in the EDITION, BRIDAL, and SPECIAL PRICES categories are not eligible for returns, only for size exchanges. *For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges for costume jewelry are not accepted.

    *VOUCHERS generated by Redondo Brand will expire after 1 year, unless otherwise specified.
