To make an exchange or return, the package must arrive at our facilities within 15 calendar days from receipt of the product or purchase if made in a physical store.

Only one collection attempt will be made by the transport courier. The following collection attempts will have an extra cost of €4.90. The product will have to arrive at the physical store or warehouse before the 15 calendar days mentioned above have expired, in perfect condition, with the same packaging and in the same conditions. . As well as with the original label.

Returns can be made on all products, as long as they come in perfect condition and original packaging, with the exception of jewelry items for hygiene reasons.

The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be carried out as soon as possible once the returned product is received, and may take up to 10 business days.

In the event that the order does not arrive within the period indicated above, Redondo Brand will not be responsible for the garment or for its refund.

If you receive a product in poor condition or with a defect, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, and the seller will not be responsible for any damages that may arise due to their usability. In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the product or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

If a return is made to the Redondo Brand warehouse after the deadline, the customer is responsible for the withdrawal of the merchandise sent later than the 15 calendar days that exist to make exchanges and returns.
